We deliver Australia-wide via Australia Post with two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping – Estimated delivery within 1-4 business days

International Shipping
For our global matcha lovers, we ship internationally via DHL Express. Delivery times vary by region but typically range from 5-15 business days.
- International shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
- Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for potential fees.
Processing & Dispatch Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your order’s journey.
