Where is your matcha sourced from?
Our matcha is ceremonial-grade and sourced directly from Uji, Japan, ensuring top quality, freshness, and vibrant flavour.
How should I store my matcha?
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. For best freshness, keep it sealed in its original packaging.
You can also store it in the fridge door to help preserve its vibrant colour and flavour—just ensure it's tightly sealed to avoid moisture or odours affecting the matcha.
Does your matcha contain additives or sweeteners?
No! Our matcha is 100% pure Japanese green tea, with no fillers, sugars, or artificial ingredients.
How do I prepare matcha?
For the perfect cup:
- Sift 1 -2 teaspoon of matcha into a bowl.
- Add 70ml hot water (not boiling, around 80°C/175°F).
- Whisk in a "W" motion until frothy. Enjoy as is or with milk, hot or cold!

We ship all orders from Sydney, Australia.
Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and internationally via DHL Express.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 in Australia.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Australia Standard: 3-7 business days
- Australia Express: 1-4 business days
- International: 5-15 business days (varies by location)
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened matcha for health and safety reasons. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@juunmatcha.com, and we’ll make it right.
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. The return shipping cost is your responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email us photos of the damaged item & packaging along with your order number, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
