Ingredients:
- 1 heaped tsp ceremonial-grade matcha
- 60ml hot water (about 70°C)
- 180ml oat milk (or milk of choice)
- Ice cubes
- Sweetener (optional)
Steps:
- Sift matcha into a bowl.
- Add hot water and whisk until frothy.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour in oat milk.
- Gently pour the whisked matcha over the milk.
